A feature along the Great
Western Trail system, Peter Sinks is know for record-setting cold
temperatures. A favorite Cache Hiker route runs south along the Stump Hollow Trail (near Beaver Mountain), south of Peter Sinks on a backcountry road, then on to the Turkey Trail and the Little Bear Trail to the West Hodges Trailhead (near the USU Forestry Field Station).
