Description

Access
via US 89 in Logan Canyon near mile marker 487. Park
at the Beaver Junction parking area and (carefully) cross
US 89 to get to the trail (the Beaver Junction parking area is plowed in the
winter). Part of the Great Western
Trail system, the Stump Hollow trail runs south
toward Peter
Sinks, the location of record-setting cold temperatures.
From Peter Sinks, hikers can continue down the (motorized)
Turkey Trail and Little Bear Creek trail to the West
Hodges trail head and US 89 near the USU Forestry
Camp. |
