2014 Summer Hikes

Summer hikes are scheduled from May to mid-October.  Participants meet at the southwest corner of the Smith's Marketplace parking lot at 750 North Main Street in Logan, Utah.  Participants should bring food, water, appropriate clothing, and a donation for gas if carpooling

It is the participant’s responsibility to be sure the trip is within his/her ability and stamina, and to have adequate equipment.  In most cases the hiker should be prepared with sturdy boots, hat, first aid kit, rain protection, insect repellant, extra clothing, food, water, and optional hiking poles. Contact the trip leader for more information.

Contact the trip leader for more information.  The Cache Trails book is a good source of information for many of the activities.. Other resources include the Cache Valley Visitors Bureau and the Logan Ranger District. Of special interest are the exceptionally well-done Logan Canyon Hiking Trails website, by Sarah Ohms and the Trails Illustrated map.
